With just a few days left before the 25-year-old enters the final six months of his contract, allowing clubs outside of Ligue 1 to sign him on a pre-contract agreement without a transfer fee, Los Blancos are poised to make a decisive move. Real Madrid, having come close to securing a deal in the summer of 2022 before Mbappé opted for a contract extension with PSG, has set a mid-January deadline for the player to determine his interest in a move to the Santiago Bernabeu.

If Mbappé does not accept Real Madrid's offer, the LaLiga side is reportedly prepared to withdraw their interest and shift their focus to alternative options in the transfer market.
